Council Pauses Some New Housing Plans in Eaton Fire Zone

The City Council on Monday approved an urgency ordinance prohibiting Senate Bill 9 housing applications in areas damaged by the Eaton Fire and designated as Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zones.
