Pasadena Appeals Court Revives Trader Joe’s Trademark Suit Against Employee Union

A federal appeals court based in Pasadena has reinstated Trader Joe’s trademark infringement lawsuit against its employee union, ruling that the case was improperly dismissed and must proceed.
