Pasadena Opens Second Annual Rental Registry With Tiered Late Fee Schedule

The City of Pasadena’s second annual Rental Registry opened Monday, Sept. 1, requiring all residential rental properties to be registered by Oct. 31 to avoid late fees. The program, administered by the Rent Stabilization Department, mandates that landlords complete registration and submit payment to remain in compliance. The 2025 registration fee is $238 per unit.
